Help with the login

Why can't I login?
Maybe there was an error in your email address or password. Please give it another try. To avoid previous errors don't use the prefilled mail address and password, that might be shown after typing the first character in the field because that can already contain the error. Check if the Caps Lock is inactive.

I've forgotten my password
When you cannot login because you have forgotten your password, you can set a new password yourself. Click on the login page of 'My CBG' on the reset password link. Fill in your registered email address to receive a link for setting a new password.
If the mailbox of your account is unavailable, please send an email to [email protected].

How can I change my email address?
To change your email address you first have to login with your registered email address. To login click on the button 'My CBG' in the upper right corner of the page. After that, click the same button again and click then on 'My profile'. In the account settings you can change your email address and other personal data.
